Meet Diane,

Your Emotional Health Practitioner

eutaptics® FasterEFT™ Trained

Hello and welcome!

My name is Diane Downward, and I have been helping friends, family, clients and myself to address and let go of negative emotional baggage since 2011.

Working with emotions wasn’t something I had considered in the past.

I had been a Fitness Instructor and knew the benefits of exercise, both for a healthy, fit body and as a stress release. When I became a Bowen Therapist, again I was working with the body, and this is when I became aware of the connection between physical and emotional health.

I was introduced to EFT and started learning and using it on myself, but it seemed to take a long time. Then some friends and I attended a Transformational weekend with Robert Smith, the founder of eutaptics® FasterEFT™.

This was different; I knew it was what I wanted to do, so I bought the DVD set and started learning from them until Robert came back to Adelaide a little over a year later to do Level 1. I continued training with him and gained all certifications, including Level 5 Teacher in training.

I helped teach, mentor, evaluate and assess the upcoming practitioners.

One of the issues I had (and now overcome) was my fear of being wrong. As a child and adult I really didn’t like answering questions and felt intimidated by teachers.

There was one particular memory where I felt numb and dumb, with my head down and my chin on my chest – the teacher had asked me a question, and I froze when I didn’t know the answer.

I had held that belief for over 55 years.

Now that long-standing belief has been cleared, I’ve gained the confidence to answer questions and get involved in discussions without feeling dumb or unworthy.

It has certainly changed my life and I wouldn’t be doing what I am today if I hadn’t cleared that memory and belief.
